Made in Qatar Activations

Qatar Development Bank (QDB) participated in “Made in Qatar” and “Rowad 2023”, and wanted to showcase its initiatives in supporting small and medium-sized industries in Qatar, in an innovative and easily understandable manner for the B2B Market within their booths. A101 stepped in to provide them with multiple solutions: An interactive 3D table, an LED Screen video animation, along with a multimedia wall featuring custom animations and printed lightboxes.
Equipped with 3D printed models of Jahiz 1, 2, & 3 and a user-friendly controller, the interactive 3D table allowed easy selection of Jahiz facilities and instant access to highlighted information. This activation served as the centerpiece of the booths. Visitors interacted with an engaging table with an intuitive touch interface and dynamic screens, to be able to explore diverse perspectives and access multilingual content effortlessly. This collaboration emphasizes our shared commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and driving innovation in the industrial landscape.

Expo 2023 Doha Activations

MOCI sought to showcase their B2B services uniquely, aiming to create an engaging experience for a broad audience while launching their Expo 2023 Doha Pavilion campaign. A101 collaborated closely with MOCI to gain a thorough understanding of their diverse services. This understanding was then translated into a sophisticated display, incorporating the latest technology trends.

Our solution comprised a set of large screens displaying animated content, videos, and images. Three large screens were strategically positioned, offering visitors an interactive experience through advanced touchscreen controls. Attendees could seamlessly navigate through the showcased content, providing an exceptional, intuitive, and immersive experience that seamlessly aligned with MOCI’s vision for the Expo 2023.

Qatar Toy Festival 2023 Activations

The A101 team was the creative force behind an engaging collection of mini-games designed and developed for Expo 2023 Doha. These games were showcased at the Qatar Toy Festival and presented on three interactive touchscreens. Aligned with the theme of the International Horticultural Expo 2023 Doha, each game incorporated vibrant floral elements while offering an educational journey through agricultural concepts.

The games included:

  • Collect the Flowers: An immersive experience that involves gathering virtual flowers.
  • Festival of Flowers: A puzzle game that involves making matches of 3 or more flowers.
  • Match the Cards: A card-matching game intertwined with the theme.

A101 further enhanced the interactive experience with Portagraf, allowing visitors to pen down their visions for a greener tomorrow in resonance with the Expo 2023 Doha theme.

These interactive experiences not only entertained young participants but also provided valuable insights into the world of agriculture, all within the immersive and delightful backdrop of floral aesthetics. 


Agriteq 2023 Activations

Our team was tasked with creating an engaging and interactive experience for Doha Expo’s space at Agriteq 2023. The project involved two components: an inauguration activation and a quiz with augmented reality.

The inauguration activation featured an animated video that played when users selected an option on an iPad. The animation showcased the client’s brand identity and conveyed a message of growth and progress.

The quiz component allowed users to answer a few questions and then receive a persona based on their answers. Users could also use their mobile devices to see augmented reality flowers related to their persona, providing an engaging and unique way to interact with the brand and its products.

Overall, the project was a success, creating an exciting and interactive experience for Doha Expo’s audience. The inauguration activation and quiz with the AR objects helped to build brand engagement and foster a sense of excitement around the Doha Expo’s new space.
