This App is a real companion for the members of the Ox Fitness Lab. It offers features such as booking classes, following personal status, consulting fitness programs and even communicating with other members. Order and pay at the juice bar with a cashless system! The App was also delivered with integrated management of the rooms, clients and payment solutions for the clients using RFID tags. This exclusive App has been developed for Ox Fitness Lab, a new and visionary venue promoting an active way of life that helps you feel fit, look fit and be fit.

Rowad Qatar Booth

Ministry of Economy and Commerce participated in Rowad Qatar. For this entrepreneurship conference, they wanted to differentiate themselves and engage with visitors at the event. A101 proposed a plan by designing the booth at the event and developing a questionnaire web app. This was to increase engagement and interactivity. Attendees were invited to scan a QR code, view the questions on a large screen and answer them privately on their phones.

Game Design and Executions

CANDO Game Design and Executions. Cando is an entertainment center that offers a great balance between puzzle, physical and rewarding games through a point system. A101 has proudly been hired to design and execute some of those challenging games. A laser game and an electricity game has been designed and executed.

KHALIFA Game App. A101 has designed and developed its own games featuring our mascot “Khalifa”! Enjoy those games that are available free of charge. This game is featured in different games: Khalifa Ride, Khalifa Dive and Khalifa Run.

Social Media Photo Booth

VODAFONE Photo Booth. A social media photo booth installed during your event is always a good opportunity for your visitors to talk and share their experience with their favorite social media! This kiosk takes pictures, prints on-site, share on social media and collect specific hashtags # for your event or venue – sends the picture via email, SMS, anywhere in the world!

Hayyak is a Trademarked Registration System. As a smart platform offering innovative experiences before, during and after hosting visitors. Hayyak is fully customizable and has been used for the most demanding and prestigious events in Qatar. Its very first event was for ARC 16, Qatar Foundation Annual Research Conference. Typically used for a trade show, exhibition, accreditation, concerts, fan zones, ticketing or even networking events. It can also be used permanently in public venues. This platform uses our own technology to provide Access Control, Self Checking, Live Attendance, Tracking, Enhanced analytics. It comes with a web interface along with an optional Mobile app. The Features and Analytics are endless and can be used for Audience Profiling, Cashless Payments, Social Media Sharing & Gamification and much more interactions.

MADE AT HOME Guest Management. Made at Home is a household projects exhibition that hosted over 250 businesses in one of the busiest expos in Qatar.

A101 brought forward its Hayyak solution to ensure that the event runs seamlessly with minimal delays and shortened queues for visitors. Through the use of our Hayyak Registration System, we were able to provide access control, self-checking, live attendance count, tracking, and enhanced analytics.
